About Little Miracles, Inc.

Little Miracles is licensed by the State of North Dakota as a child care center. We also have a Pediatric Therapy Clinic fully staffed with experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Offering inclusive, engaging childcare AND premier pediatric therapy sets us apart as the most comprehensive childcare provider in our region. 

We provide a warm, inviting atmosphere with lots of TLC for all children. Our children thrive in a structured environment, plenty of stimulating activities, and just plain fun! The children attending Little Miracles childcare also benefit from being surrounded by a very diverse group of children. Typically, developing children grow to be very compassionate towards their differently-abled playmates, who in turn benefit from experiences shared with their age-matched peers! 

After years of serving families in Grand Forks, ND, we’re excited to have expanded to Bemidji, MN in 2024. Our Bemidji clinic will focus on providing exceptional occupational therapy services for children—supporting their growth, independence, and participation in everyday activities.
